Tasting Notes -

 Nose: Medium intensity, frank, with a marked fruity character (white fruits), and notes of fennel and bay leaf, cut grass, lees and a slight honeyed aftertaste. On the whole nice and expressive.

Mouth: It has a good entry, good breadth, structure and light citrus sweetness,  and freshness thanks to its good acidity and persistent finish.

Treixadura 55%, Albariño 20%, Godello 12%, Lado 8%, Loureira 2%, Torrontes 2%, Caiño bank 1%.

Alcoholic degree 13.20 vol.

Acidity 5.8 g / l expressed as Tartaric.

Reducing sugars 1.6 gr / l

Elaboration: Cold maceration of pasta and sweet lees, controlled fermentation.
